Ensures the seamless day-to-day operations and analysis of the assigned talent management program. Serves as the point of contact with ensuring compliance, data integrity and data analytics are met. Serves as the subject matter expert (SME) for their assigned program.
Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Functions:
Collaborates with various departments to establish program goals, objectives, and strategies.
Develops and implements program plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
Monitors and evaluates program effectiveness, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Communicates program updates and progress reports to stakeholders and leadership.
Ensures compliance with program regulations and guidelines.
Maintains accurate program records and documentation.
Responds to inquiries and resolves issues related to program initiatives.
Continuously researches and analyzes industry trends, recommending program enhancements as necessary.
Manages relationships with program partners and vendors.
Ensures that the program calendar and instructor schedules are prepared, monitored, rescheduled, and rearranged, as needed.

Qualifications
Minimum Education:
High School Diploma or GED Required or
Bachelors Degree With education, business administration or project management emphasis Preferred
Work Experience:
5 years Education or healthcare Preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Teams) and ability to quickly learn new applications
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the capable of handling and coordinating multiple tasks and projects at the same time
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to work independently to accomplish work with minimal direction and the ability to work at all levels of the organization
