Senior Director-Creative Studio

Location: WellSpan Health, York, PA
Schedule: Full Time

WellSpan Health is seeking a talented and accomplished Senior Director Creative Studio. This role is pivotal in shaping our brand and engaging our audience through innovative and impactful creative strategies. This leader will lead a high-performing team of designers, film and audio, copywriters, and creative professionals, driving innovation, collaboration, and excellence across all creative projects. As a key member of the leadership team, the Senior Director Creative Services will shape and maintain WellSpan Health's brand identity, ensuring exceptional quality in all deliverables. This integral role will also be responsible for fostering a culture of creativity, inclusion, and high-impact results, while providing visionary leadership, operational expertise, and strategic insight to elevate WellSpan's creative capabilities and align with organizational goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and Lead: Guide and mentor a talented team of designers, film and audio, writers, and producers, fostering a creative and collaborative environment.
  • Strategize and Execute: Develop and implement creative strategies that elevate our brand and deepen community engagement.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and a cohesive visual identity.
  • Manage Projects: Oversee the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are prioritized and delivered on time and within budget.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and industry best practices.
  • Present with Confidence: Present creative concepts to senior leadership and stakeholders, articulating the vision.
  • Maintain High Standards: Ensure all creative outputs meet the highest standards of quality and align with our brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in progressive creative leadership roles in a large and complex organization.
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Strong project management and budgeting skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in video direction and production.
  • Technical creative experience to effectively guide work.
  • Healthcare experience is highly desirable.
