Performs a variety of general, routine maintenance, renovations, and servicing operations throughout an assigned area. May also perform a variety of transportation assignments, groundskeeping duties and/or other tasks as assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
Assists Craftsmen with the maintenance, repair, renovation and installation of systems and equipment which provide power, heating, lighting, air conditioning and other services for the hospital.
Performs minor repairs in the field of HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
Performs minor maintenance repairs, including wall repair and painting.

Must be able to perform overtime, work weekends and other shifts when needed.
Must be able to perform on-call duties if assigned.
Must display good communication skills, problem solving abilities and be a critical thinker.

Work Experience:
Less than 1 year Relevant experience. Required
Driver's License Statement:
Must possess a valid driver's license in the current state of residence. Driving record must meet requirements established by WellSpan Risk Management.
