General Summary
Works collaboratively with patients and obstetricians to direct medical care for patients with acute and chronic health problems that may place them at high risk for maternal, fetal, or other pregnancy complications. The Physician will provide consultative inpatient care for women who need to be hospitalized during pregnancy. Physicians will work with obstetricians who request transport of patients to our tertiary care facilities. They will participate in Maternal-Fetal Medicine education and teaching programs, and assist in the review of the quality, adequacy and appropriateness of services within the department.
WellSpan is seeking a PRN Maternal-Fetal Medicine physician to join our established practice in York, PA. Individual must be a graduate of an accredited school of medicine with Doctor of Medicine degree plus completion of a medical residency training program in Obstetrics and Gynecology. He or she must also be Board Certified or Board Eligible.
