WellSpan Health, a sophisticated medical community in south central Pennsylvania, is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our highly respected Ephrata Community Hospital in Lancaster, PA. WellSpan Health, an integrated health system serving central Pennsylvania and northern Maryland, is comprised of a multispecialty medical group of more than 2,300 physicians and advanced practice providers, a regional behavioral health organization, a home care organization, eight respected hospitals, more than 23,000 employees, and 220 patient care locations.

About the Position:

  • Must be certified as a Nurse Anesthetist
  • Available shifts include 8s, 10s or 12s
  • Successful candidate must be able to provide care to all ages
  • Provide services in the Operating Room: General, Orthopedic, Urology, OB/GYN, Endoscopy, etc.
  • Work with an established team of experienced CRNAs

Competitive compensation package includes:

  • Salary commensurate with experience - $220K starting for new grads
  • Signing incentives up to $80K
  • PTO bridging based on years of experience
  • 5 days of CME time off for full-time CRNAs plus $3,500 CME allowance
  • 6 paid holidays
  • Health, dental, vision coverage as well as short-term and long-term disability
  • Retirement plan with WellSpan contribution up to 6%

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

  • Masters Degree Required

Work Experience:

  • 1 year Relevant experience. Required

Licenses:

  • Licensed Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required or
  • Registered Nurse Multi State License Upon Hire Required and
  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

  • Graduation from accredited school of nurse anesthesia. Upon Hire Required and
  • Earn 40 CME every 2 years to maintain certification. Upon Hire Required
